  • Yes, we request a 3 month minimum commitment for new patients.

  • We use various diagnostic tools and, as Internal Medicine specialists, are trained in diverse methods of care. Our primary tool is time, allowing us to read and throughly understand your diagnosis.

    Additionally, we leverage RubiconMD, a platform connecting us to 200+ specialists for consultation at no extra cost to you. Whether it's psychiatry, dermatology, cardiology, or more, we can seek expert opinions.

    For PPO insurance, we refer you within your network. Uninsured? We have a list of specialists offering cash pricing. With HMO insurance, we try referrals, but approval can be restrictive. If rejected, we provide a letter for you to seek a referral through your primary care physician.

  • As internal medicine physicians, we exclusively serve patients aged 18 and above.

  • At this time, we do not see Medicare or Medicaid patients. However, that may change soon.

  • We recognize that your needs might evolve, and we're here to support you through any transitions you may be undergoing. You can cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice. If you have paid for a yearly membership fee, we will refund your money for the remaining months.
    We also send your medical records to your new primary care doctor for continuity of care.

  • Yes, we charge $200 for a one time visit of up to 60 mins for non-members. If any blood work or imaging is ordered during this encounter, a follow-up to discuss those is included free of cost.

  • Yes. You do not need any insurance to join our memberships.

  • Yes, these fees are your business expense and hence tax deductible.

    1. Transitioning from a low-deductible to a high-deductible plan for reduced premiums. Use those savings to fund our physicians' fees seamlessly. This makes health accessible to employees without any copays or deductible.

    2. Redirect HSA or HRA funds to cover our monthly fees, maximizing the utility of healthcare benefit dollars.

    3. You could choose to deduct the entire cost of our monthly fees from your employees’ paychecks (pre-tax dollars for them).

    4. You could choose to cost share our monthly fees with your employees by deducting their portion from their paychecks (still pre-tax dollars for them).

  • No, there is no commitment. Membership can be canceled anytime with a 30 day notice.

  • Yes, we can accept all family members who are 18 years and older.

Employees need less time off work since they can be seen via Telehealth, after hours or a house call to your business.

What About insurance?

Our office visits are covered by the membership fee without any additional co-pays. Routine blood work, imaging and medications are available at a discounted price. Most direct primary care patients chose to pair this model with a catastrophic insurance or high deductible plan to save money.
